About Divya Robin

I'm a licensed psychotherapist, wellness educator, content creator, speaker, and media contributor in NYC. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are feeling stuck - dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship issues, and life transitions. In addition to my clinical work, I'm an active mental health advocate and uses my knowledge and passion to destigmatize psychology and mental health in the media. I've been featured on ABC, PsychCentral, Meta, PopSugar, Well+Good, Goodmorning America, HuffPost, and The Zoe Report. I am founder of Mind Matters Consulting, LLC (DBA Mind Matters With Div) where I use my social media platforms to cultivate a growing community that encourages people to connect deeper with themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. About my clinical work: I am a training clinician at BeWELL Psychotherapy, anxiety expert, trauma specialist, and I have extensive training in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I completed a training fellowship in cognitive behavioral therapies where I was trained from knowledge collected by experts at Columbia University and New York State Psychiatric Institute. I am a continuous learner and I am always up-to-date on the latest clinical knowledge to provide my clients with effective and compassionate treatment.
