About Divya Sabhapathi

You must have seen me mostly on my Royal Enfield motorcycle scaling the treacherous terrains of Himalayas but I am also an equally conscientious and self- motivated Risk professional with an extensive 5+ yrs of rich experience with EY GDS India. Intrigued by the diversity & vastnesses of risk domain in finance, with utmost curiosity and dedication, i pursued my second masters in a specialised course - MSc in Financial Risk Management and earned a honours degree from one of the prestigious University, Trinity College Dublin (2023-‘24), expanding my knowledge horizon and enhancing my quantitative/analytical finance skill sets. Presently, I am placed with BASF Dublin as Treasury Back Officer. My interest in this domain stemmed from one of my MSc modules at Trinity and I am now passionately practising the domain critical skill sets & supporting various treasury BO functions in my current role. To speak of my passion, I engage and collaborate with motorcycle brands for training, workshops and motivational talk-shows/events. Following my passion for motorcycles has also got me several recognitions including Felicitation from The Indian Army and an opportunity to work in Bollywood as an action artist/ Body Double in the movie “Dhak Dhak”. Apart from riding motorcycle & travelling, I also meditate and Riyaz. I am a Qualified Visharad (equivalent to Bachelors degree which you attain after 6 yrs of consistent practice & after passing 6 levels of exams) in Hindustani Classical Music. I have performed at several classical music concerts in India and have been awarded “Sangeet Ratna Award” by Gandhi Hindustani Sahitya Sabha (New Delhi, India).
