Hello! I recently graduated from the National College of Ireland with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity. My strong interest in penetration testing, networking, and securing systems has driven my passion for cybersecurity. Prior to entering the cybersecurity field, I spent over three years refining my skills as a Software QA Engineer, gaining experience in diverse industries such as logistics, gaming, e-commerce, and IT security. In my career, I have been responsible for overseeing the entire testing process, which includes creating test plans, conducting functional and mobile testing, leading exploratory tests, and reporting bugs. My familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA has enabled me to collaborate effectively with clients and developers, ensuring that high-quality and timely deliveries are achieved. Now, I have a solid background in software quality assurance and a strong academic foundation in cybersecurity. I am excited to contribute my technical expertise and problem-solving skills to a dynamic team. I am especially passionate about using my knowledge of ethical hacking, network security, and risk management to help organizations defend against new cyber threats.
