Currently, I serve as a Program Integrity Coordinator at YMCA GTA, ensuring quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence in program delivery. My role also involves working with Salesforce CRM, where I assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product deployment, contributing to system enhancements that improve service efficiency. Driven by a strong commitment to community well-being, I actively engage in outreach, awareness initiatives, and interactive programs. These experiences have allowed me to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusivity and empowerment.
