About Divya Sood

Hi there! I'm a Business Analyst at Cicero Group, a data-driven management consulting firm. My work so far has included commercial due diligence, operational improvement in higher ed, and federal business development—giving me a front-row seat to impactful decisions across sectors. Before Cicero, I contributed to projects across people analytics, strategic communications, and go-to-market strategy in healthcare and software. I was an HR Analytics Intern at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA and a Global External Communications Intern at Pfizer Inc. I also worked at two early-stage software startups, where I supported product positioning efforts and built foundational marketing materials and processes for B2B and B2C platforms. I graduated magna cum laude from Boston University as a Trustee Scholar. At BU, I taught BU Consulting Group's casing program, hosted campus tours, and was an editor for the Daily Free Press's Business & Technology section. I worked as a Career Skills Coach and a Strategy & Innovation Research Assistant at the Questrom School of Business. Outside of work, I create content on lifestyle and self-growth (blog, podcast, short-form video content), support the on-day coordination of Indian weddings, and am currently training for the 2025 Chicago Marathon.
