Have 10 years of Job Experience including SBI, HSBC @ Hampstead, UK and Present Position as Executive Secretary of Chairman and Managing Director of Tamilnadu Industrial Investment Corporation (TIIC). It is a life time experience of learning to work as ES under the Chairman. Have gained contacts across various fields. Have organized Industry Growth Conclaves @ Coimbatore and Trichy. As part of its Growth Catalyst strategy, TIIC is organizing Industry Growth Conclaves on a Regional basis in partnership with CII and other Stake-Holders. The first Industrial Growth Conclave was organized for the Western Region @ Coimbatore on 21.09.2021 with the theme “Getting Industries Future Ready”. The response of the industry was overwhelming. The 2nd @ Trichy on 18th December 2021 with the theme “Contributing to Hon’ble CM’s Vision of USD 1 Trillion Economy by 2030”. The other two conclaves are planned to be organized in Hosur and Madurai in the FY 2022-23. Have you been vibrant the output of which was signing 11 MoUs in the FY 2021-22 Some of them Signed are: CEDI-NIT for Startup financing and a startup is being financed. SIDM - CII for promoting Defence Manufacturing in Tamil Nadu with Tamil Nadu being a Brown field Defence Corridor. 20 Champion Industries in each of the node are identified. BHEL - For revival of the MSME BHEL ancillary units of Trichy. NSIC- For supply of raw materials to the Defence manufacturing units PMA (founded by Dr.Sivathanu Pillai, Father of BrahMos)- Training TIIC's Officials in Project Management CDIIC - For startup funding of Defence Manufacturing MindCafe - For mental well being of TIIC's employees Being ES I have played an active role in all of the above. Also, was part of the team to avail low cost funds from Banks.
