With over 10 years of experience in the finance field, I am a passionate and driven Chief Financial Officer at MBA Consult, a Singapore-based BPO company specialized in Credit Risk Management. I have the strong background in corporate finance, Strategic thinking and growth. My mission is to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial information and guidance to support the strategic goals and growth of the company. As the CFO of the Indian branch of MBA Consult, I oversee the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational KPIs, P&L analyses and forecasts, pricing system, and financial reporting. I also support the tendering and operation teams in establishing and managing contracts with clients and vendors. I leverage my skills in financial results, corporate finance, and data strategy to ensure compliance with the financial targets set by the holding company and to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities. I have successfully led several initiatives to improve the efficiency, quality, and profitability of the finance function and the company.
