I'm a commercial management and contracts administration professional with 13 years of experience in the Middle East. My expertise lies in post-contract management of large scale, complex MEP packages as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. I have successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of projects spanning various sectors such as commercial, residential, offices, mixed-use developments, museums, hotels, bank headquarters, district cooling plants, data centres, universities, hotels, hotel apartments, and offshore oil and gas installations. During my tenure, I have worked on several notable projects in the UAE and Qatar such as the Museum of the Future, ICD Brookfield Place, Bee’ah Headquarters, Smart Stadiums for FIFA World Cup and the New Headquarters for DEWA (Al Shera’a Building). I have extensive experience in drafting contractual correspondence, valuing claims and reporting projects commercially. In addition, I have been involved with gathering evidence and responding to queries from legal prior to as well as during arbitration proceedings. I am interested in the field of Alternate Dispute Resolution and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). I am also currently enrolled with RICS as a candidate and am working towards attaining chartered status. In the future, I aspire to work for a reputed construction disputes consultancy as a quantum expert or a quantum consultant where I may be able to utilize the knowledge and skills gathered from my experience.
