I also evaluated machine production and safety capabilities and recommended appropriate capital equipment expenditures to meet future manufacturing goals and objectives. Additionally, I prepared monthly progress reports, implemented corrections by consulting with authorities, analyzed production reports, and implanted quality focus and productivity improvement in the plant. I have reviewed work performance and identified training needs while managing manpower and guiding workers, as well as troubleshooting any problems that arise. I have consistently delivered projects on time with quality, and I increased productivity by 60% and improved assembly operations by implementing new technology.
