I put myself in my customer's shoes by listening to what they want and making their vision come true. With customers, I carefully consider all the details before deciding. I must be precise and detail-oriented. My goal is to create a culture of family. I make it a priority to interact with customers and get as much information about their events as possible to accomplish the their goals. I have a passion for helping people achieve their dream events and treats. By helping them to uncover their creativity and build on their ideas. Being open-minded and a good listener is vital, and I'm always looking for new ideas. My passion is baking and entertaining people, which is what led me to be the Baker and Event Decorator at Vyne’s Dessert Bar. I have worked in retail and in the military as a human resource specialist for over 3 years which gave me the customer service skills I have today. As a business owner, I ensure that our customers are happy with the services we offer.
