About Dixi Lin

Began my career at Ericsson over 10 years ago, now work as a Solution Manager in supporting the sales force with technical consulting and solution ownership responsibilities, we bring Ericsson's best to customers and bring the best out of our customers. Started from Guangzhou, China and assigned across continents, I worked among Cloud Infrastructure, IP Backbone, and Telecom Core Network products. As a Solution Architect (SA) and Team Lead (TL), I contributed to numerous commercial projects spanning telecom generations from the Circuit Switch of 2G, then 3G to 4G and now 5G. I led delivery teams to provide high-quality services, ensured smooth execution and fulfillment of project commitments that earned absolute positive customer feedback, while also supporting internal management through solution design, technical documentation as well as time planning — efforts received consistent internal recognition. Relocated to base in East Japan since 2019, I focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with Ericsson’s strategic offerings. Throughout my time at Ericsson, after a good start with Rookie of the Year rewarded, I have been honored as Excellent Employee four times, a reflection of both my dedication and the impact of my work.
