Represents businesses, boards, committees and individuals in government securities investigations, conducts internal investigations, assists in developing policies and procedures to deter violations, and counsels regarding regulatory, disclosure, and corporate governance obligations. A Special Matters lawyer who co-leads the securities enforcement practice and serves as Deputy Practice Group leader for Government Matters (over 300 K&S lawyers with government-facing practices).
