About Dixon Rincon

I have 7 years active duty in the air force as a munition system specialist, My job was to coordinate, keep accountability, inspect, deliver and maintain various types of hazardous material from bullets, to missiles, to bombs. Through the years I have supervised teams 10-15 people at a time while warehousing, inspecting and preparing assets for shipment valued at over $300K. I have trained numerous personnel to get qualified in heavy machinery and to accomplish everyday tasks. I have learned to adapt to my environment and stay calm and collective in fast pace high stress situations while making critical decisions and directing the job. Over the years of working with a diverse group of personnel I have learned to communicate information clearly and concisely.
