Hi, I’m Dj – a curious mind with two decades of leadership experience and a never-ending appetite for innovation, efficiency, and technology with purpose. From managing international retail teams and real estate portfolios to now optimizing the operations of a fast-scaling clean energy company, my path has always been about building better systems – for people, with people. Currently, I’m the Chief Operating Officer at Coppen GmbH, where we bring renewable energy to the rooftops (and hearts) of Europe. I lead with clarity, empathy, and a keyboard when needed. Yes, I code too, if there is no way around it. As a proud Ironhack Full Stack Web Development alumni, I bridge the gap between business, tech, and strategy – because great solutions are never built in silos. My secret weapon? AI.
