Hi, I’m Djurre Polman, a Fast-Track Student at Hotelschool The Hague and Junior Business Controller at Top of Minds, a leading executive search agency. I’m passionate about combining finance, strategy, and a customer-first mindset to create real impact. I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned brands like Sheraton and Hotels van Oranje, where I developed a strong foundation in hospitality and business operations. During my gap year, I also became a certified ski instructor (Landesskilehrer 1, Duaal Anwärter), both experiences have taught me the importance of adaptability, focus, and teamwork, skills I apply to every challenge I take on. Fluent in English and Dutch, I thrive in fast-moving, international environments. I enjoy collaborating with others, tackling complex problems, and finding ways to deliver value, whether through financial insights or creating exceptional experiences.
