About Dmitri Kostalgin

Manages the legal practice and transfer pricing practice. Dmitry has over 14 years of experience of defending major taxpayers from a variety of industries. His competences include taxation in such spheres as leasing, banks, media and internet business. During Dmitry’s transfer pricing practice management, over the past few years around two dozens of projects for major taxpayers have been implemented. Dmitry regularly participates in various professional events, seminars, conferences in law and taxation. He participates in working out draft laws, projects of normative legal acts of state bodies; he is a member of working groups of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. He was awarded with the Ministry of Finance certificate for his input in the development of the taxation system. He is author of numerous publications on tax issues. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Tax Committee of the RF State Duma. Holds two higher education degrees (Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, International Law Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation). Candidate of Economic Sciences. Speaks English.
