About Dmitrii Kuznetsov

I am a sustainability consultant specializing in climate risk assessments, carbon accounting, and sustainability reporting. My expertise spans key sustainability frameworks, including ISSB, ASRS, and TCFD, with a particular focus on climate risk analysis and emissions accounting. I began my career as an ecologist and environmental project manager in NGOs before joining Deloitte’s Sustainability team in Moscow and later the Climate and Sustainability team in Sydney. In these roles, I have led and contributed to climate risk and opportunity assessments, as well as scenario analyses, across a range of sectors, including media, telecommunications, advertising, oil & gas, metals & mining, and IT. My work also includes emissions accounting for Scope 1, 2, and 3, as well as financed emissions using the PCAF methodology, across sectors such as IT, finance, telecommunications, and media. With a passion for advancing sustainability and a focus on the intersection of finance and climate, I help organizations understand and manage their environmental impact, supporting them in achieving their climate goals through robust, data-driven solutions.
