My passion is - clean energy and innovations. Pursuing efficiency, I've been recognised as a person with great leadership and communication skills, ability to train, teach and educate people in a way that significantly increases one's performance, motivation and level of knowledge. I've successfully accomplished Trainer/Coach course, gained experience by providing training for dedicated agents, from which a positive feedback has been received. I'm able to create and modify educational material and present the information in best possible way. I'm also a technology oriented individual with exceptional ability for analysis and research, being successful on providing the optimal solution, whether it's procedure or working with technology. Excellent soft skills, prompt analysis and supportive positive manner are my strong sides, valued by my colleagues. I have both theoretical and practical professional experience in Solar Energy industry as Project Manager and Work Coordinator in SIA "Tesla" a full cycle Solar solution. I have experience in Networking, both theoretical and practical, gained through the work in Technical support in Linksys company. My out of work life includes outdoor activities and sport, from which I prefer the most - martial arts, like kickboxing. I am passionate about the music and good quality sound equipment
