Background

About Dmitrijs Saveljevs

I am an open-minded individual with strong analytical skills, who has spent over 10 years in the IT field. I began my career as a Junior Programmer and worked my way up to a Developer before deciding to switch to Business Analysis. As a problem-solver, I find it fulfilling to negotiate with stakeholders to find simple and concise solutions to non-obvious, difficult situations. My experience has provided me with a deep understanding of software development, including the development lifecycle, testing methodologies. In my role as a Business Analyst, I have honed my ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, enabling me to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Working both independently and as part of a team is something I value. I understand the importance of effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork in achieving the final goal. In my current role, I have worked with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders.
