About Dmitriy Kuramshin

I am an experienced professional project manager with 15+ years of expertise in IT, including more than 10+ years of successful IT project management, program management, and project office leadership. I have managed multidisciplinary teams of up to 40 professionals, including business and systems analysts, designers, product researchers, developers, and testers. In terms of project scope, I have successfully overseen budgets of up to $5 million and projects with durations of up to 2.5 years. While I have a strong affinity for Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP, I also actively apply classical project management models and methodologies in my work. Throughout my career, I have undertaken projects across diverse industries, including finance (banks, investments, brokers), insurance, manufacturing, automotive, IT, agribusiness, charitable organizations, sports, pharmaceuticals, and HoReCa. Allow me to share a few notable examples of my projects: Developed and implemented a bespoke web-based ERP system. Created a large-scale e-commerce platform featuring online auctions for premium jewelry in Europe, the United States, and the UAE. Led the development and implementation of web and mobile applications for electronic document management systems. Designed digital products to streamline operations in investment divisions for a prominent national bank. Led the conceptualization of a comprehensive digital product (marketplace) and the establishment of a new business unit for an international pharmaceutical conglomerate.
