I built my career working with boutique banking, hedge fund and private equity firms where there are no short cuts. You earn what you have through hard work, agility, intelligence and persistence. These experiences taught me to think outside of the box. If the lane doesn’t exist, then you must create it. A huge part of my success came from my ability to take on a struggling company or department and turn it around through innovative strategies, systems and tools. My experiences also helped me to understand the importance of relationships and how much you can accomplish over a cup of coffee. As I transitioned into the digital media space, I’ve carried these values with me. Today, I lead global finance, operations and digital go to market strategies for one of the world’s largest media and entertainment leaders.
