About Dmitriy Zarubin

I am Dmytro Zarubin, a serial entrepreneur and experienced C-level executive in the IT and branding sector, with over a decade of experience in developing innovative products and managing teams. I serve as the CEO and co-founder of Moohii, a company specializing in IT development and branding, and as the CTO and co-founder of Dropla, an innovative company in the field of humanitarian demining. My professional journey began in 2010 at the Dnipro Polytechnic, where I worked in the information department. By 2012, I had founded Moohii, starting as a developer and eventually rising to a leadership role, developing skills in management, sales, and communication. In March 2023, I co-founded Dropla, taking on the role of CTO. My core skills include managing large technical and engineering teams, developing IT products, engineering solutions, and a high level of communication skills (English level C1). My educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology and participation in numerous conferences, enriching my knowledge and expanding my professional network. One of my key achievements is working on the ecoinfo.pro project, an air quality monitoring initiative that became a winner of the EGAP project. This experience laid the foundation for developing digital services for the Ukrainian Ministry of Environment through the Diia platform, an important part of my work at Moohii. We are developing a comprehensive ecosystem of services and tools that improve environmental management and provide citizens with convenient access to ecological services. At Dropla, we aim for a technical revolution in the field of demining, creating conditions for a safer and more efficient process. I am deeply motivated to develop a digital state and contribute to humanitarian demining through technological innovations. My diverse experience in product development and team management allows me to see the bigger picture, identify the correct direction for product development, and turn these ideas into reality. I aspire to be recognized as a serial entrepreneur and C-level executive who significantly contributes to society and the state through innovations and technical progress.
