I help institutions govern what they build, and builders build what can be governed. As Head of Emerging Technologies at Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), my remit spans AI governance, Web3/DLT regulation & tokenisation, and quantum‑secure infrastructure. The goal: practical, pro‑innovation regulation that protects users, strengthens markets and accelerates adoption. My approach is proportionate and risk‑based: understand incentives; define guardrails; measure outcomes. I’ve led or contributed to initiatives across the region — from regulatory frameworks for DLT foundations and DAOs to on‑chain monitoring methodologies and cross‑ecosystem work to future‑proof digital infrastructure.
