About Dmitry Gorozhankin

Recent graduate from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Business Analytics, now building hands-on experience as a Management Trainee. Currently developing core business skills across operations, customer service, and sales while learning how to lead teams and manage performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. At USF, I was actively involved in a range of leadership programs and student organizations that shaped my drive to lead, collaborate, and make an impact. I previously served as: • Title IX Representative in the ASUSF Senate • Member of the R.E.P.S. Advisory Board • Participant in the Magis Leadership Program • Philanthropy Chairman for Pi Kappa Phi fraternity • Advocate with the It’s On Us campaign • Player on the Dons Esports team • Athlete on the Club Men’s Water Polo Team These experiences taught me how to combine data-driven thinking with real-world leadership — and now I’m applying those lessons in a professional setting, growing every day toward a long-term career in business operations and strategy.
