About Dmitry Zaruta

From plastic surgeon to serial entrepreneur, I left my medical career to pursue my passion for building impactful products. My first venture—a language-learning app—grew into a multi-million-dollar success. Then came nine more projects: some hits, many misses. They say only 1 out of 10 ideas succeed; now, on my tenth endeavor since that initial win, I’m about to learn if the stats are accurate -) With my new company, I'm returning to my roots and bringing the generative AI capacities into the language-learning market. My path has equipped me with diverse skills, including leading teams, people development, marketing, product and UX design, project management, direct sales, vendor management, business development, fundraising, and even navigating legal and accounting landscapes. Deeply invested in personal development, I’ve spent ten years exploring psychotherapy, meditation practices like Vipassana, Internal Family Systems, coaching, tantra, yoga, etc. These have shaped me into a leader who values the journey as much as the destination.
