Background

About Dnayaneshwar Kulal

I am completed my Ph. D. In Chemistry. Having one and half year experience in Graphene chemistry working in the area of Oil-water separation. Mainly focus on green chemistry and water treatment. During my Ph. D. I was working in the field of material chemistry were synthesized metal nanoparticles and applied for anticancer theaopy. I am, Dr. Dnyaneshwar K. Kulal, at present pursuing research in the Institute of Chemical Technology as Research Associate (RA) working on “Synthesis of Graphene-Based Bio-adsorbent for Waste Strem Treatment” research problem. In which developed graphene supported green composite apply to absorb oil from the water-oil mixture and organic solvents during spillage. During my Ph.D. course, I was working on “Biosorbents for separation and determination of certain contaminants from the environment.” With this letter communication, I express my interest, to associate with you for further research as a post-doctoral fellow; my area of interest is the application of biomaterial in the field of water purification and biosynthesis of Nanoparticles (Metal) for medical applications. Till date my research output is that I have 04 published, 02 communicated papers, filed 16 Indian patents, 1 published 01 and accepted book chapters. I also have experience of working in the field of Green Chemistry like Graphene-bio composites applied for oil-water separation or dye degradation then the development of new methods for separation, preconcentration of metals using fungal biomass and the waste generated during the separation of solid fungal biomass from growth media was used for the synthesis of metals nanoparticles. Successively synthesized Cr, Pt, Pd, Ag, Au, V, Cu, Ni, and Se NPs followed by their anticancer activity. I have developed separation methods for U, Au, and Ag using fungal biomass.
