As a Title VI Specialist at the MBTA, I ensure compliance with the federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, or national origin in programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance. I use my data analysis skills to monitor and evaluate the impacts of MBTA's policies, programs, and services on minority and low-income populations, and to identify and address any potential disparities or adverse effects. I have developed strong customer success, communication, and organization skills that enable me to support and collaborate with various stakeholders, such as program partners, internal teams, and external agencies. I am passionate about using data to drive results and improve outcomes for organizations and communities. My interests include mathematics, financial literacy, data analytics, and technology. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools that can enhance my data proficiency and impact.
