About Dobrea Andrei

Hello and welcome to my digital world. As you can see, my name is Andrei, nice to e-meet you. I identify myself as being a proactive, perseverent and determined human being, qualities that brought me to a successful carrier, or at least this is how I want to believe it is:) I never stop from improving both myself and my work through my actions and experiences, because I'm a perfectionist but I also know how to lose. I also embrace the mistakes as being a productive part of my life. I started learning languages such as English (C1), French (A2) German(A2), Italian(B2) and Spanish(B2) because I wanted to understand the others when I was travelling. My professional experience begun with small jobs from the age of 18, when I decided that it's time to see what a grown up means. In 2013 I started to work as an "Editing and Validation Operator" for a small Italian company called "SC.Europcall SRL". Here was the place where I learned what discipline means by working 8 hours per day and I discovered the pleasure of having a second home in a very nice team. In 2015 I realised that I can improve my professional experience even more so, I started to work with Bosch. It was my first time to work in a multinational environment so, I did my best in my first position as a 1st Level IT Support. 9 months later due to my results, I received the chance to work as a Community Manager where I offered 2nd and 3rd level support for mobile technologies and Skype for Business. In 2017 I changed the department and started to work as a Communication and Marketing Expert. 2018 came with a big change due to the unexpected project closure and I guess it was the time for a new change, hence, I was pleased to start working as transition application expert for one of the biggest Bosch accounting projects. 2019 was the year of "movements" so, I thought Transilvania would suit my new expertise. Here, I started to work with Archive360, place where I can definetely say i'm part of a new technical family. My new position offers me the possibility to redefine my limits and encourages me to learn new things through project challanges. This is a short overview of my whole experience.
