As you look through my background, experience and other materials, you will see that I possess the following skill sets: • Experience in the world of recording, mixing and post-production in a multi-national corporate environment. • I have an AVID Certification as a Pro Tools user and currently teach Pro Tools and other recording and mixing skills at Fullerton College. • I have the ability to work smoothly with people of varying opinions and perspectives. • The ability to perform under pressure and time constraints. • Experience with budgeting, both overhead and capital. • Experience with construction, including working with architects, acousticians, contractors, etc. My position at NBCU was VP, Post Production Engineering. During my time at NBC-Universal we had many owners, each with their own methods and theories about finance, management, and how our studio fit into their corporate structure. I was also on the ATSC sub committee that created the Television Loudness specifications A/85-BS1770 for both short form and long form content, which was reference to create the CALM act. After leaving NBCUniversal, I consulted on the design and construction of a new Dolby ATMOS Feature mixing stage in Burbank, and I also teach Recording Engineering and Pro Tools at Fullerton College.
