In my career I have always been a creative problem solver that takes ownership of responsibilities. This attitude has resulted in increasing levels of responsibility from my employers. Some successful solutions have been, increasing MWBC at metal etch by 270%, reducing the cost of consumable parts through second source and re-design, improving chamber matching at metal etch by using oxide etch rates, reducing cost by implementing digital programmable MFC’s, and creating a continuous improvement program driven by data from chamber clean check sheets. Safety solutions are the creation of an auto-spike cart for hydrogen peroxide into a Sulfuric strip bath and an ATM cycle purge vent system for load locks on systems using HBR process gas. I would bring my experience and ability to work in a team environment to an employer looking to reduce costs while working to improve yield.
