I have 9 years of experience in managing health and community empowerment programs, with a focus on behavior change and community system improvements. My expertise includes community development and empowerment, public policy advocacy, training facilitation, and donor relationship management. I have a strong background in social research, particularly in child protection, gender, disaster response, and livelihood sustainability, including data analysis and presenting findings. Additionally, I lead policy advocacy and build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners.
