Graduated with a Master’s degree in Administrative Science - Human Resources Management major in May 2020. The professional courses for a Master's Degree enable her to define the dimensions of strategic planning in the workplace, to identify the alternative organizational philosophies and their impact on the culture and politics of the organization and to investigate the process of identifying goals and objectives for the organization. Since she started working in her current position at KPU, she has been able to take the first step toward becoming an expert and acquiring professional information at the center of the global education industry, which she has always longed for it since she started study in Canada as an international student. By handling documents for international students preparing to enter KPU, She has been able to learn about the curriculum of various countries institutions and learn about Canadian education policies and the rights and conditions granted to students. In addition, as per she has been able to manage secondary transcripts and other institutions transcripts of the students preparing for transfer, it made her to possible for clarifying educational programs, and learning about KPU's strengths and students' practical requirements. Majored in acting and directing, producing, editing in the undergraduate courses. A number of experiences enable her to use customer service skills in various aspects and have strengths in the service industry. As an Administrative officer, worked professionally at Incheon National University. It required sophisticated work and meticulous accuracy. It also required responsible for the overall preparation of official documents, organizing the enrolment system for the programs and managing credential information for lectures & students, managing of annual department budgets & semester scheduling & scholarship & entrance test. As an actress, she has been a professional actress at theater Sue.
