As a Deskside Support Team Supervisor at SAIC, I lead a team of technicians who provide IT support and training to the City of Anaheim, including public safety systems, law enforcement support, and city counsel support. I have multiple skills in information technology, such as Windows operating systems, ServiceNow, network security, VPN, software installation, hardware repair, and troubleshooting. I also have a strong background in public safety technology, as I have worked with various systems and devices used by first responders and city officials. I completed the Sunburst Youth Academy program, where I learned leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills. I am passionate about providing quality IT service and solutions to the City of Anaheim, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
