I have many years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and a Diploma in Brewing. To deliver great results, competency matters. Hence I am skilled in quality system management, process optimization, manufacturing excellence, cost & productivity management, sustainability management, and people capability development to mention a few. I have successfully delivered multiple projects and empowered my teams to improve operational consistency, efficiency, and productivity across various manufacturing operations. I am passionate about creating value for customers, consumers, shareholders, stakeholders, and the environment at large, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and engagement among my team.
