In my current role at Luminous Power Technologies, I am successfully anchoring the Talent and D&I agenda for the organization with focus on assessing talent & leadership, building a succession pipeline for critical roles, designing focused interventions for talent development and driving various D&I initiatives. In my previous role, I have been able to make a strong impact in areas of Talent Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Organization Development. I enjoy working closely with senior leaders on various strategic initiatives which has helped me strengthen my project conceptualization and execution skills.
