My career in Talent Deployment and International HR dates to 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business & International Studies from Arizona State University in collaboration with The Thunderbird School of Global Management. My experience spans managing talent mobility programs for a portfolio of Fortune 100 & 500 clients in the RMC environment, and in Management Consulting firms (McKinsey & Company, and Deloitte & Touche); developing and implementing in-house mobility programs and global HR policies, consulting on industry best practices, business development, and account management. In more recent years, I began managing global HR and talent mobility programs in corporate HR environments; • Strategizing with business leaders, HR business partners, and Talent Management to plan and fill critical roles globally, succession planning, and long-term retention • Planning and managing corporate functions' budgets for investing in global talent mobility, • Managing vendor relationships and service delivery, • Partnering with Corporate Tax and Legal regarding compliance for a remote and distributed workforce, and global employment matters • Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Global Compensation, and Talent Rewards to create and deliver offers to internal and external candidates ensuring equity and inclusion • Managing all immigration cases globally
