About Dolores Bernenko

I'm a Data Scientist with a specialization in computational biology, and a background in laser physics, chemistry, spectroscopy, and quality control. My career path is characterized by a blend of expertise in data analysis, and laboratory work.(i) In my data-centric roles, I've developed research projects, using statistical, machine learning, and network science tools to extract insights from biological and spectroscopical data, including image analysis. My research projects have led to three publications and insights into the 3D structure of DNA.(ii) My laboratory experience spans both research and industry contexts. As a researcher, I studied the electronic structure of semiconductors applying my expertise in spectroscopy and laser physics. In industry roles, I was conducting quality control of various products (concrete blocks, Al cans, and My other roles: Created 2D graphics and animations for the gaming industry. Managed freelance projects from concept to delivery as a project manager, representing two artists and securing clients on a freelance platform.
