Professionally my career started in 1997 and it was love at first sight I started my journey in the kitchen by chance, after graduating in accounting, out of necessity I found myself working in an Italian restaurant. Growing up I discovered that I wanted to try other flavors, and this gave me the opportunity to always work in luxurious brand from north Europe, UK, were I’ve been graduate in Culinary Arts, to South America, passing through Asia and the Middle East.
