About Domenik Mack

Domenik is an associate in the Global Capital Markets Group of White & Case and based in the Frankfurt office. Domenik advises corporates and investment banks in the context of banking and capital markets matters. This includes debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as hybrid bond issuances (including convertible bonds). Furthermore, he advises on structured notes, digital bonds as well as exchange traded products and exchange traded funds. Domenik has also acquired experience in regulatory matters, including the MiCA regulation and MiFID II. Prior to joining White & Case as an associate, Domenik worked with the team as a trainee lawyer. He developed his knowledge as a trainee lawyer in the capital markets team of an international law firm in Frankfurt and gained further in-house expertise at a leading global healthcare company- Domenik ist Associate in der Globalen Kapitalmarktpraxis von White & Case im Frankfurter Büro der Kanzlei. Domenik berät Unternehmen und Investmentbank zu bank- und kapitalmarktrechtlichen Sachverhalten.
