With over 18 years of experience in the transportation industry, I am a seasoned Terminal Manager at Corsa Transportes, a leading provider of cross-border freight services between Mexico and the US. I hold an MBA in International Finance and a BBA in International Business from Texas A&M International University and ITESM, respectively. I have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, overseeing the daily operations of the Nuevo Laredo terminal, which handles over shipments per month. I am responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and compliance of the terminal, as well as managing the staff, budget, inventory, and customer relations. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the terminal's performance, such as streamlining the processes, enhancing the technology, and optimizing the space utilization. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service to our clients, and I constantly seek to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of international transportation.
