About Domini Xavier

I am currently working as a warehouse associate at Medline Canada, where I handle outbound shipments, load and unload trailers, and maintain precise tracking and documentation. I have learned how to operate various machines and equipment, follow safety regulations, and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I have completed my postgraduate degree in Applied Manufacturing Management at Conestoga College, where I have gained knowledge and skills in different types of manufacturing processes, techniques, and managerial activities. My goal is to improve production efficiency and effectiveness, and to solve real-world problems in the industry. Before joining Medline, I worked as a Robotic welding machine operator at FIO Automotive, where I performed inspections, supported PPE standards, and contributed to process improvement. I also have a professional diploma in MEP and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on HVAC design. I have designed and developed various types of air conditioning and ventilation systems for different applications, using software tools such as HAP, AutoCAD, and Revit. I have also followed and applied the relevant standards, such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC, to ensure quality and safety of the HVAC systems. I am passionate about engineering and manufacturing, and I am motivated to apply my skills and expertise to innovate and grow in the industry. I have a strong work ethic, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt. I am looking for opportunities to challenge myself, expand my network, and advance my career.
