About Dominic Barlow

My expertise lies in creating sustainable community value—ensuring places are not merely built well, but live well, creating lasting economic, social, and environmental value over the long term.I am currently leading the creation of sustainable community value for downtown Riyadh master plan, where my role is to bridge the vision set out in the master urban plan and the reality of daily life. This means curating experiences that draw people and activity, nurturing local economies so that businesses and jobs thrive, building community resilience so that social fabric strengthens over time, and enhancing ecological performance across public and private assets. The goal: great places to live, work, and visit that generate enduring prosperity for all stakeholders.
