Background
About Dominic Eisinger
I bring together scientific expertise and strategic business insight to drive commercial success and value. At Rules-Based Medicine, I lead global sales, marketing, customer support, new product development, and partnerships to position the company as a top provider of protein biomarker CLIA testing services for drug development clinical trials. Our executive team’s collective vision and initiatives have realized significant growth and profitability in a highly competitive environment. Before the Myriad Genetics acquisition, I served as the Director of Strategic Development at RBM, where I steered strategies to grow the business and enter new markets. One key deal was the acquisition of TruCulture (in Germany), which is now one of Myriad RBM’s 3 main product lines. Two prior roles were entrepreneurial: I started, built, and sold Multiplex Biosciences, a multiplex immunoassay development, validation, and manufacturing services company (acquired by RBM), and also started and directed Upstate Cell Signaling Solutions’ highly successful multiplex business unit. My Board service includes terms as Chair and Vice Chair of Elizabethtown Community Hospital, which included key leadership on its strategic integration with the $2B University of Vermont Health Network (UVMHN). I am currently hair of UVMHN’s Alternative Investment & Venture Capital Committee, focused on investments in healthcare products and technologies. I also serve on the Board of one of the portfolio companies—BioFactura. Known as a problem solver and relationship builder, I relish opportunities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and guide teams that deliver lasting solutions to customer and market needs.
