About Dominic Etzold

Over 18 years of experience in midstream petroleum operations ranging from being a lowly apprentice to a control room manager. I excel in environments where I can work independently and thrive in situations where solving challenges are the order of the day. For better or worse, I march to the beat of my own drum. Despite my industrial vocation, my real passion and academic background is history. In between work and family life, much of my free time is spent researching, visiting museums, and writing - both professionally and for personal enlightenment. Currently, I have one book published, another in the editing stage at the publisher, and am in the researching stage for a third. I'm never satisfied with the status quo and am always looking to push myself further and achieve greater goals. For those that subscribe to Myers Briggs personality tests (and Kinder Morgan once spent a bit of money having me take the corporate focused version of the test), I'm an INTJ-A and find the analysis to be quite accurate.
