Over 25 years I covered roles from Clinical Development strategy as well as International Medical Affairs, R&D in virology and International team management. Previously I worked within IQVIA's Therapeutic Strategy Unit to support clients with optimising the therapeutic, country and site strategies for their emerging clinical trials programmes. Previous experience includes significant clinical trial support, international medical affairs, in areas such as haematology-oncology, transplant, multiple sclerosis and other diseases. 2021- 2025: Therapeutic Strategy Lead for Infectious Disease and Vaccines, and other assigned Internal Medicine opportunities such as Women's Health and Endocrinology 2019 - 2021: Director of International Projects for Clinical Trial Educators supporting studies across the globe. 2017-Jan 2019: European Lead for Medical Affairs development and support of new therapy for Myelofibrosis. Key activities to include supporting recruitment for a randomised Phase 2 clinical trial, Key-Opinion Leader engagement, and developing medical affairs launch strategy. Teva Europe. Transplant Commercial Director European commercial management of the Teva Transplant franchise across multiple territories including direct line management. Strategy development and tactical implementation to achieve top-line revenue and contribution margin. Oversight of pricing and reimbursement. Lead for Italian reimbursement project with €6M in-year upside revenue. Leading a multicultural team together to achieve a common purpose in a unique above-country model within the company. February 2012 - June 2013: Adienne Pharma as UK Business Consultant, working in haemato-oncology, with a focus on the BMT segment. 2006-12: Genzyme, as National MSL Manager in Haematology-Oncology and Transplant. This included running the UK and Ireland named-patient programme and medical affairs activities for a first-in-class stem cell mobilising agent. Also responsible for pre-launch activities of an antibody therapy in solid organ transplantation. Pre-launch lead as MS Project Manager covering in-field and pre-launch medical affairs activities for ground-breaking new therapies in multiple sclerosis.
