About Dominic Morrison

BEng Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Combined industry experience with British Nuclear Group (Sellafield Ltd) in the United Kingdom and Boston Scientific Corporation in Saint Paul, Minnesota Current position as Engineering Supervisor responsible for a team of 15 supporting daily plant operations. Previous process engineering positions where my primary responsibilities included, providing engineering and operational support to daily plant operations, project lead in (lean six sigma) process improvements, design activities and plant modifications. My work roles to date have demanded excellent problem solving and analytical skills in which I have had to develop engineering solutions for projects whilst satisfying company policies in relation to standards, cost effectiveness, feasibility and sustainability often with limited timescales. Work well under pressure using initiative and an imaginative approach to problem-solving but I feel I thrive within a team environment to produce effective collaborative results. I am a focused individual who is open-minded and change-orientated and I am seeking a position that will encourage both personal development and team challenges and achievements.
