About Dominic Singer

An intrinsic motivated leader in digital transformation, combining an in-depth understanding of technology with a wide process and digital business model expertise in the construction industry linking business and IT. I am inspired by the absolute necessity to design, construct and operate our built environment more sustainable and resource efficient. Therefore, we must enforce the digital transformation towards an industrialized construction industry serving as a main enabler. Leading this transformation in a central role and impact how enterprises deliver customer value and differentiate in the market in the future, impact how people and stakeholders collaborate and enabling organizations to transform their business models as well as role model an agile mindset motivates me day to day. At Implenia I have set up a new global BIM program and led cross-functional (Engineering, Sales, Production) and cross-cultural communities throughout Europe (Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, France) developing and serving new digital services to our customers and improving internal processes. In the course of the Digital Transformation project INSPIRE, I have redesigned & harmonized business processes, led the implementation of these processes into an enterprise critical ERP platform, while bridging interfaces between business, functions and technical expert teams in a complex matrix organization and have led the change throughout all stakeholder levels (C-level to end user).
