Communication with customers (VW, Daimler, Seat, Skoda), comparing and approving customer requirements based on contracted volumes + line capacities In case of large fluctuations - disagreement and search the compromise Setting production priorities according to the customer needs (especially in allocation) Reporting to customers on a daily basis on current production progress, planned deliveries and ETAs Material planner -(electro-materials (chips, memories), PCBs, plastic materials, chemicals (pastes, paints))- Daily communication with suppliers, for an accurate overview of planned to maintain internal and customer production without downtime - Maintaining stock levels at required levels- Daily/weekly teleconferences with critical suppliers. Creating tracking of scheduled deliveries (LDAN file) for clarity and awareness both internal and external (customer) In case of supplier capacity shortages, search for possible alternatives for electrical materials in the market worldwide. Packaging responsible for packaging coverage for manufacturing and avoiding production delays - Checking portals (Mercedes, BMW, Porsche etc.) for ordering, complaining announced/delivered quantities, packaging accounts (monthly check), inventory overview of packaging unit coverage (excel)- Responsibility for packaging and raw parts coverage at 2 other production plants (Bruntál, Schabmüller)+ other plants in cooperation to keep customer lines running smoothly and keep stocks on required level - Weekly reports on customer's and internal packaging needs with 6months forecast + comparison of planned/actual company sales.
