About Dominik Dippner

Design Management means to be a mediator who conciliate between aesthetic, functional and ecological wicked problems. By mainly using the Design Thinking method I aspire to conditioning my knowledge to innovate processes and products or to find appropriate solutions for management challenges. Therefore, design innovation happens at the intersection of desirability for customers, viability at the business level, and feasibility for technology. After successfully graduating from the Macromedia University in Munich where I studied Designmanagement in my Master I went to Nepal, Kathmandu. There I worked as a volunteer at the Bona Fortuna School which focuses to offer qualitative education for children from poor families. Next to supporting teachers and the management team I developed a donation strategy for the school by primarily using user-centered research. Being back in Germany, I started my professional career as a User Experience Specialist/Consultant at an ERP software company. Nowadays, I am the teamlead of the User Experience Research and Market Insight Department.
