About Dominik Faust

As the founder of Germany based viadoo GmbH and a top management consultant with many years of change leadership experience, I have been designing and successfully implementing change & communication strategies for years. I provide quick comprehension, empathy and hands-on approach as well as my extensive expertise in corporate and change communications. After studying International Relations, History and Sociology, I wrote my doctoral thesis on the changes needed in international organisations to increase their effectiveness and efficiency (428 p, published 2002 by Springer Nature). Since then, I have managed change and communication projects (also as an interim mandate) for SMEs as well as for German blue chip companies. For example Airbus, BMW, ESG, IABG, KNDS, MTU, MTRI, OHB, RUAG, ZF. Based on my theoretical and practical expertise, I am very familiar with the importance of the human factor for the success of change projects. The human side of transformation is close to my heart. That is why I focus on social and emotional aspects of transformation and communication. All in all, I combine certified change competence with multimedia storytelling expertise and operational change leadership experience with a high level of methodological competence.
